Suspicious "My Network Connections" in McAfee?

A friend reached out to me with a question and I've been searching everywhere for information, but I'm just not a computer savvy person. I created a reddit account since it looks like this place might have some ideas or information I can share with them. Here is what they asked:

"I recently bought a Lenovo Legion 5i and I successfully downloaded two games I bought on and played them. When I went to download a third, McAfee, which came with the computer for a trial period, blocked it. I went in to McAfee to remedy the issue and ended up under “My Network Connections” where there are five rows of ISP ranges listed, each labeled as “home” and “wired.” I’ve only ever connected to my Wi-Fi, so I was wondering what is going on there and if I should be concerned."

Hopefully this is the right space to ask this kind of thing.
