Hi, I would like to request a refund for an unexpected auto-renewal yearly subscription. I got charged on my credit card on today is 5 May 2022. I don't need to renewal yearly subscription anymore. Anyway, I attempted to contact McAfee's Customer Service from Thailand but was unsuccessful. Please any Customer Service or someone help me to get a refund.

I de-activated the auto-renewal option yestereday. I want to know when i get the refund.

There are many people complaining for the same issue. Moreover, the process for contacting you- when it comes for refunding- is complicated. I am wondering why!
