Requesting Refund for auto renewal


I have been charged for an auto-renewal for the subscription a month prior to old ones expiry. I no longer need it and wanted to request a refund for the same. I am unable to reach anyone on Customer support on call. Please help me with my issue. Thank you in advance.

i want to request a refund!, I do not want your product, and your prices are absolutely ridiculous!!!
