I am in Australia. I am trying to get a refund for a product that was charged to my credit card. I was not aware that I had requested this product as my computer already has a similar product on it. Paying for something that I already have, and did not request when one is on a pension is hard to manage. I would like to request a refund as this has been charged within the last 60 days and I am having trouble negotiating my way around the business of seeking the refund. Many thanks in anticipation. I am still waiting to hear from you in regard to my refund. I would really appreciate your prompt attention to my request. The money was deducted from my credit card and do not understand why you cannot credit this card with the details you obviously have from when you charged my card.
