I have tried many attempts to cancel my subscription without success. I was always going circles with no helps from anyone at McAfee. Very disappointed. The Terms and Conditions state very clearly that we can cancel the subscription 1 month after renewal. There is no local support in Singapore and phone call to overseas number not possible. McAfee seems intentionally closing all avenues for anyone trying to cancel the subscription. This is not an acceptable practice. All other software or services providers are fair to their customers. This is tantamount to cheating really. Can somebody help to enlighten a practical way to get subscription cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions.
