I am having the same difficulty as many people here. Sure, they will gladly take the money, but the so-called 24/7 service is all but nonexistent. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

What do I do? Stop payment on the credit card charge?!

I recently had an auto-renewal payment go through, though I no longer need service. Am I able to initiate a refund? I would appreciate if a representative reached out to me.

The email listed on the charge doesn't work either. They need email and chat that works, no one wants to call these days, I want a paper trail.

Update: I called on a Sunday afternoon, got in pretty quickly, and the refund was processed.
