I am having the same difficulty as many people here. Sure, they will gladly take the money, but the so-called 24/7 service is all but nonexistent. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

The email listed on the charge doesn't work either. They need email and chat that works, no one wants to call these days, I want a paper trail.
