Request Refund

I wanted to request a refund due to today's unexpected Auto-renewal.

it's also frustrating to know that there's no other way to contact McAfee Consumer Support, no email nor livechat option whatsoever.

could anyone please help to elaborate on how to cancel my subscription and get a refund from McAfee ?  according to their refund policy payment will be refunded in full if I cancel my subscription(s) within 60 days of being charged.
