Request Refund

I've been trying to call customer service on my day off for the last two weeks. I've been on hold for a half hour or more with no one answering. I need a refund for this service. I no longer have the device and I'm not even sure how this was renewed when the credit card on file was replaced due to fraud charges three months ago. I'm really frustrated with how difficult requesting a refund is. Please advise as soon as possible as this high unexpected expense really put me out this month.

Hello, I responded to the message but have no receive a response or a call back. I work at 2pm Eastern time today. I work at 12pm Eastern time tomorrow, 1/20. Please respond before that time. 

I don't understand why it is so difficult to get ahold of customer support for a refund. I've been trying to get this refund for weeks. I work a lot and have limited time to be spent on hold through the customer service number which is why I moved to the message boards. But now I am still awaiting a phone call and, again, I work with only one day off a week. I requested to be called on my day off and received no calls. Why isn't there a simpler, more timely solution to this?
