Renovación automática

Me han pasado por la cuenta bancaria un recibo por importe de 129 euros. 30 euros mas que el año pasado y mas de 50 que el anterior sin que haya contratado nada nuevo. Me gustaría saber a dónde dirigirme para saber si el importe es correcto porque lo considero excesivo.
