Renewal Fail? Money was taken.

Hi, my McAfee has been expired for a while now, and I finally decided to renew it for a two year deal (that is £29.99 per year for two years, £59,99 on the day, it was directly linked to the desktop app) 

i did as I was supposed to and purchased it through PayPal

As you can see, the money has been taken. Despite this, the actual app itself still says trial is expired, I can’t find anything online to solve this and I’m nearly £60 down. Have I been scammed? I highly doubt it, considering I bought it through the actual desktop app that was on the laptop when I got it (it is an ASUS Vivo Book) 

A refund or what I paid for would be lovely, I think.
