Refund

I have been trying to contact an actual person for four days! I have now been on hold for 55 minutes! Seriously ridiculous customer service. I gave my old laptop to my sister and the auto-renew was NOT selected it charged HER PayPal! I am beyond disappointed in the business practices and the current level of customer service I am receiving. I have McAfee on my home desktop and have been happy until now, I will be cancelling. Please contact me and refund my sister's money as this was NOT her subscription!
