Hello,

I wrote three emails to your email, to which I received no reply, only a confirmation of receipt. Now I see that I am entitled to a full refund up to 60 days after renewing my subscription, but I can't get in touch with anyone. In fact, I canceled on time and even credit card was not valid, you still charged me for a new subscription even though I did not even install McAfee on my devices again. Please have someone contact me since the time for my return is about to expire, and I can't reach anyone from Croatia by phone. Thank you very much

I canceled on time (one month before expired date) but you still charge me.

Signed up, never used the trial period, tried to cancel and can’t. I signed up for the free trial but every time I opened the app, it said I had no account and bombarded me with buying a package. I couldn’t even access enough of the app to even see if I wanted it, long-term. At this point, I don’t care how good of a product this is, I want it cancelled and off of my phone.
