I received an email from you for the renewal of our anti virus.  The anti virus on my pc stated that it wasn’t due for renewal until 25/12 and I wanted to purchase a different one to what you have provided. I need a refund on my card for the amount you have taken off £89.99 and I would like to purchase the offer of a 2 year subscription for  5 pcs costing £44.99. Could you let me know when the refund will be issued.

I have contacted you last week by email and Facebook messenger, more than once, but have had no response. I would appreciate a reply. I live in the UK.

Hi @Lynne2020 ,

Refunds for UK customers are done on phone, our chat support agents are doing technical support and general customer service, they are not entitled to deal with billing related inquiries.

I have sent you a personal message to have this sorted out.

perhaps in this case it is best to contact official mcafee live support since they probably need personal info for verifacation

Contact McAfee Consumer Support

click for refund and make your choice along the steps that follows.

best is to contact during working days at office hours and by phone or chat

Thank you for the reply. I contacted Live chat but they said this was only for tech support and not refunds. They provided me with a phone number but I have no phone at the moment. I urgently need this refund, could someone from mcafee contact me by email to arrange this?

sorry that to see that chat support could not help you with this. first time for me to hear that it can be done only by phone.........

i have sent a private message to a mod from this community to ask if he can assist you furhter perhaps.

i hope there comes a response soon and a solution to solve for you the problem.
