Hi,

I realised on Saturday 11/4/2020 that I was charged 99.95€ for the renewal of my subscription. I had no idea about the auto renewal and I still have one month left on my last subscription so I didn't expect this charge. I sent a refund request on your consumer service once I realised but I still haven't received a reply. I would really appreciate if you could help me get my refund as fast as possible cause I am in need of the money.

I would add that if you want to stay with McAfee when you call and ask the talk to customer service you can ask for a discount on that price they charged. others have got this. Might depend on who you talk to but a paying customer abet paying half is better than no customer.
