If you purchased a monthly subscription, canceling the monthly subscription will stop the recurring fee going forward, and you will have access to your subscription until your last payment expires. Canceling your monthly subscription will not retroactively refund subscription payments, and previously charged subscription fees cannot be pro-rated based on cancellation date. If you purchased a subscription of one year or longer and you are not satisfied with your McAfee software, you can request a full refund within 60 days of this renewal notice.

i am from Greece. my subscription was renewed without notification and not to my product but the 5 pc package for 99.95 euros. the funny part is that it was during black friday where i could buy it for almost 25 euros.
i have send 6 service requests and i have the SR number. the telephone number it suggests to be called does not allow you to press number 3 which is the refund department.
unbelievably smoky behavior from a company like this.
i am at the urge on taking legal action on scam. is not the money is the attitude not to help you and make you be a customer without your will.
