Refund request

I received an email to say that my subscription was going to be renewed, I couldn't afford it so I clicked on 'cancel auto renew'. Then a couple of weeks later I get an email to say thank you for renewing your subscription!

This deducted £99.99 from my bank account and left me in debt. I logged into my account and saw that I could click on cancel/refund. This is not a simple task! I

t just took me round and round and back to the starting point again. There is no other way of contacting McAfee (apart from phoning America -quite pricey from UK) 

I need that money back in my bank asap!
