Refund request

Dear Customer Support,

I would like to ask a refund after the annual renewal since I do not use your product. Please inform me about the necessary steps.

We understand your concern. please access the below link to get in touch with our chat support to get your refund request processed. Kindly make sure that you have your registered e-mail address with McAfee or Order ID.
