Refund request

I couldn't get the customer service person over the phone even I tried many times and stayed many hours on the call. My subscription auto-renewed and charged my credit card. I don't want to continue and I would like a refund for the amount that was charged. Please help me with this request.

Can you please help me in requesting a refund?
I did receive a renewal notice yesterday however I did not remember to  end my subscription in time and I do not have my device with me anymore.
