I have reached out to you multiple times in 2 days trying to get my money back with no success. I don't understand why it is so hard to get a refund. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, please advise how to proceed?

Yes I have the same problem, I have made 4 phone calls in 21 days and still can't get a refund. Customer Service will just tell you what you want to hear just to get rid of you and if that dose not work they said they will have someone call you back. No one is going to call you back. Call your credit company and dispute the charges.
