Hello, a year ago on 17/5/2019 I bought a subscription for one of your products and i did not know that there was an auto renewal tool through your website. I had in mind that i bought my yearly subscription only for this time and there would not be any other purchases in the future. There was an offer and that is the reason that i bought it.
On 17/4/2020 , i noticed that they have renewed my subscription and I was charged with 91.72€ (euros). At the very first , i was panicked and after this , i decided to search for a solution on how to get a refund , because I need that money. I tried to contact through e-mail to cancel my subscription and they sent me some service numbers which are 2770250660 and 2770255720. In addition , they sent me a service number to communicate with them and tell them my problem. My first problem is that I live in another country in Greece and the phone number is strange to me and I believe that there will be charges if I call it , but the biggest problem is that I cant speak any English to communicate with any person and that is the reason I am using Google translate to type to you through the community. There is not any way I can contact with you by the phone and I would like to get some help somehow. I need someone to send me en e-mail and help with my situation. I already have done this step with the service number but i cannot speak English at all.I cannot communicate with anyone on the phone.I need my refund.
