Can anyone please help me " Mcafee consumer support" send an email stating that they are awaiting my service request, but how can I phone them when the number does not even exist??

Log onto this site/forum and top of the page is an envelope. open it if any thing (ie a number) shown there
Must one enable private messaging or something because there is no envelope at the top on any of the pages.

Private messages is activated.
