Refund for Autorenewal

I have been trying to call the different numbers posted on the customer support page but none of them have been working. I have cancelled my subscription a few months ago yet have been billed for autorenewal. I would like to request a refund but using the website proves to be difficult. There is no other way to contact mcafee support through the website.
