I would like to request a @refund for the automatic renewal of my subscription. I was overcharged for what is given/offered to me. I first paid 19.90 and a year later about 86 euro. I can't afford that as I have a baby on the way and I have great expenses. My account is linked to email: it seems that I cannot have my email shown here. I tried to contact the company via phone-wrong number, via email- said they won't answer there. It seems there is absolute no support team. How are you protecting our pc I wonder. Anyway.. please respond to this.

This reply does not fix my problem. The solution is that I have turned off the automatic renewal thus next year I won't get charged. I still want to cancel this subscription. On the email it was clear that this could happen. Why can't you do this for me. This is deception and honestly i didn't expect that from your company.
