Refund after automatic

Hello, I got charged for Auto-renewal, it is was very expensive. I want to cancel and get a refund, please. I tried to contact customer support but the phone number was not working for my country (I am in Finland). I saw that I could get a refund for the auto-renewal annual subscription 60 days from purchase. 

Can you please help me, Thanks in advance.

I saw someone else have this same broblem and i use same text because i dont speak or write food english
