Refund Request

Hello,

I was recently charged for an automatic product renewal and then realized it was for my old computer that I know longer use. My new computer has a separate subscription that will also be automatically renewed soon. I canceled the auto-renewal for my old computer, but not until after I was already charged for it. Will I automatically be refunded or how can I get a refund since I canceled before my previous subscription expired. Thank you.

Hello,

@Edward_Franso 

Thank you for the quick response. Is it possible for someone to email me? For some reason I am not able to see my private messages from my phone and the community support page will not load on my computer. I am also currently outside of the US and unable to call. Thank you.

Kindly find the private message on the top right of your screen inside envelope icon.

Note: you would not be able to see private messages if you are using a mobile device, kindly use PC/laptop to access community.
