Refund Request

Hello.  I need assistance to cancel my subscription and request a refund. I turned off autopay and tried to initiate via website but the number listed only gets a fast busy signal. Trying the open forum since I can’t find another way to contact customer support

Hello, 

 

I was just charged for a subscription even though according to my account I have no active subscription and auto-billing/auto-renewal is not initiated. I am not sure how else to contact customer support, so any help is much appreciated. Thank you.
