Hi, I would like to request a refund for an auto renewal that was deducted from my bank account . I have tried to contact the number displayed on your web page for refunds, but I found no joy there. Can you please assist urgently?

I currently have the same issue, the number you listed does not exist. I have contacted my bank and disputed the renewal, as I am not able to get into contact with anyone that can help me.
I am also very frustrated - I’ve been charged twice for my renewal and tried to call the number listed in the reply to this thread but that number doesn’t exist. The number listed on the website is also “only for corporate customers” and the chat bot doesn’t work for South Africa.
Please can someone message me to resolve this.
