I would certainly hope so. Your account page must be different from mine because all I see on mine are "Download" buttons.
OK. yes it would be that Reinstall button underneath "THE BLOB" 😉

This is wrong it never came from another computer! but ublocking it doesn't remove the exclamation mark
That happens often in the later Windows OS's - something has happened like a system restore or a new system image....possibly when the service guy did whatever he did and only now they are surfacing. Simply click the unblock and apply.
It's Windows own protection and is only a precaution.
By the way you can have an image show in your post by clicking the camera symbol on the top bar that appears when composing the post.
You may need to reboot afterwards to see it change.

Another thought pulled from SevenForums:
Do you have MozyHome backup (or a similar product) installed?
See the following, in particular Show backup status icon on files
If the above is no help I would call Tech Support. They know a lot more than I do about these things.
Hi Ex Brit
I did the click unblock and apply and have rebooted, Yes that message has gone but the exclamation mark is still there.
I know the Online Backup was downloaded as I see it in my progamme files, but it is not installed and activated as I do not need it.
Thats why I was wondering if I uninstalled McAfee and then redownload and reinstall. I assume there is a box to untick to not have the Online Backup downloaded?
I'm not sure if that's a choice at download time or not, it all depends on the suite and whether or not you get it from McAfee directly or your ISP etc. But you you could try a Custom installation and only install anti-vitus, firewall. Siteadvisor and whetever else you want.
Why not have Technical Support take a look? They respect your privacy I assure you.
