I am receiving the following message when trying access one particular website national-lottery.co.uk
This site can’t provide a secure connection
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
Please advise of next steps, thanks.
Could you please provide a screenshot of the warning? Is this your Browser prompting you?

--I think it's either the address ( https://www.national-lottery.co.uk/ ) or your browser settings as I have no problem going there at all. I'm using Firefox 57.

That was my thinking as well. Hence is why I mentioned (Browser).

exbrit and catdaddy are wide of the mark in referring to Firefox.
This is a Chrome error message and I've seen it myself, many times.
There is a basic checklist of possible causes in the link below. My own suspicion is that you need to clear SSL states, but best work through the list and see what works. If nothing works, this is a connection issue rather than a certificate issue so you may need to look at what the McAfee firewall is allowing (or not). Try the suggestions and let us know if you still have a problem.

Lord knows what this stupid Lithium is doing, I've replied twice to this already and neither reply is showing up in the thread. If you can see them, and I can't, that's another bug to report.
Here goes, for the third time :
