I would like to ask for a refund for the annual subscription to the protection package for my laptop (McAfee LiveSafe for 1 device). Unfortunately, I no longer have the app in use on my laptop ( I have uninstalled it) and I do not understand why the amount has been paid even though I no longer use your service, and I even did not select to pay the amount annually.
I called 5 different numbers that said were non existing, and you'd better not answer me with the same link I've already accessed 1000 times, believe me I called all the numbers displayed on your site. If you do not offer me a solution to this problem, which is quite serious, especially since your company should be a prestigious one, I will have to find unfortunately, other methods such as suing you. It's not normal to take money for some services that I don't even use
