I am an Australian customer but currently based in Hong Kong. I cancelled my subscription on October 12 (I also thought I turned off auto renew last year). I have since been emailed multiple times asking me to renew and warning me that I have no protection. My account clearly shows the date I left.
Now my old anniversary date has come around and I have been auto-renewed ! And my bank will charge me a fee for the transaction !
There is no option on the website to contact except a (U.S.) 1800 number.
I would like an immediate refund and termination of my account.
