I had subscribed for the 1 year program and my one year subscription was auto-renewed, with 100 euro charge. The thing is that i had turned of the auto-renewal option and an email was sent to me that i had indeed turned it of so i dont know how this happened.
I filled out the 'request a refund' form on the website and it gave me a customer service reference number and a number to call customer support. But to no avail, I have not been able to get through to customer support and the online chat seems to be of no help.
Looking forward for my problem to be resolved.
