REFUND REQUEST AFTER AUTO RENEWAL

Hello everybody.

I would like to ask for some about a refund problem. Except the phone numbers that are given in the website (which don't work from my country), there is no other way to conduct with anyone from the company, not even an email account. I was about to pay a bill, when i realised that i didn't have any money on my account. 

So, i want a refund and an account termination.

Please, somebody help, this is not right at all. I thought this was a legit company.
