Hello there, so i was trying to reinstall mcafee because the full scan was not properly working ....even i updated the app when it was available but not worked!! then i uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall on mcafee website but when i logged in to my registered account it was saying no active subscription .....even i renewed my subscription on 25 /11/2021and i have the invoice of purchase for the proof , also i tried to contact and community help but again as usual i had no response!!! it's really frustrating.....please will someone help me out??

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are unable to find the Mcafee subscription under your account. This may be because Mcafee could be registered under different email address. Kindly provide us the Order number to locate your account and help you further.
