Theoredically, you can, depends on if you can successfully find the spot where vault files are located under uburntu system.  If you can find those vault files, copy them into a movable disk or USB drive.  Then, you can import them into FileLock which is installed on another windows system.

BTW, on windows 7, the default location of vault files is:

     C:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\McAfee FileLock

Good luck!

Hi Ipz999,

Please Clarify the below.!

1. The User should have the same User Account , McAfee Account and or McAfee Product on the other machine that is running fine.

2. The .VAULT file is encrypted on OLD machine and is it possible to retrieve on a NEW different machine?

Actually, the FileLock does not care about the user account and McAfee account, it only care about if you have a valid license to McAfee Total Proctection products. After FileLock is configured (by setting up security questions and verification answears in the very first run after installation), it can import any old vault files from other sources (network drive, created from another machine or USB) provided the vault file is created by FileLock. From there, you can unlock the vault by input correct password which is set during the vault creation time, even farther, you can reset the password if you forgot it.
