Need to be refunded on auto-renewed subscription I don't want

Hi 

I have been charged to auto renew a service that I had previously requested not be renewed.  I want to request a refund however the service number provided in australia does not seem to be able to perform this function.  I am unable to reach someone by any other means.  Please contact me so that I can have the fee refunded and the service cancelled.
