Best to report this to technical support and see if they know of the issue. What version did you have previously?

BTW my laptop is Dell XPS 15 and OS is windows 7 ultimate.
I just reported this problem and my SR number is 995525857.
The assistant told me it's about a conflict with internet adapter and also with my wifi hotspot software connectify.
i will go checking if his solution works and post some information here again.

So by chance have you an atheros wireless adapter driver? What version do you have now of Mcafee.14th Dec update seemed to be a 11.6 update.
I too am having this problem. My Atheros adaptor is updated. I am getting quite frustrated with this. Any advice?
First for my info please post your version number if you know it.(of Mcafee that is not atheros).
Then call support they will work through it for you.
Now it's 11.6
wireless adapter should be updated as well. hmmm and try stopping some software concerning wifi from auto start.
