Mcafee v160.1 Real Time Scanning Not Starting Due to Nvidia Display Driver Process

I was running an older version of Mcafee Total Protection store version. When it upgraded to v16 i believe from v14.  My real time scanning (Mcafee Cloud Av Process) would try to start and die.  After many hours of removing and installing and troubleshooting, it seems to be the Nvidia Display Driver Service (which Provides system and desktop level support to the NVIDIA display driver)  that was part in the driver install. This caused no problm before the upgrade of Mcafee but is now. 

I disabled this service so real time scanning is working now. I am not sure if this is a mcafee problem or nvidia,  but since the Mcafee upgrade caused the problem i will start with you. I dont know if you know any work around or at least could mention it to Mcafee. 

I am running an updated Window 7 Home Premium

The nvidia executable resides in system32\nvvsvc.exe  File Description is Nvidia  Driver Helper Service v 8.17.13.2723
