When I bought previous lenovo pc, I was register my personal email (payment email) to use lenovo Mcafee live for a year. After it was end, I choose not to subscribe. After try other anti virus, I want to back to Mcafee live and their vpn service. But when I logging into mcafee home account, I cant update my profile (address, billing) because it seems locked into lenovo consumer. Because it regards me (my private and payment email) as Lenovo Consumer. I dont want to create another email but the mcafee account seems lock to this "lenovo consumer account".
Anyone have experience with this problem?
