Nocturne we understand your frustration but Selvan is trying to help you, amongst many other people, and questions may seems repetitive, but it saves time to simply answer them.  If a call wasn't made at a certain time by support then that's unfortunate, no doubt they were tied up with someone else and someone should have let you know, but that's no excuse to be rude.

PM him whatever it was he asked please.

Hi Wes,

I understand your Frustration and will be calling you today 1PM Eastern Time.  Will try my best to fix the Proxy issue. However if it is the default setting of ISP you might need to contact your ISP for proceeding further.

Since I was not able to pull up additional info for your Subscription I requested further details for making things quick.
