McAfee account glitched?

I was checking out the McAfee Security for T-Mobile app and accidentally purchased the $5/month plan. I quickly cancelled the add-on on my T-Mobile, but it's still showing as an Active add-On on my account! I go to my McAfee account and the plan I accidentally purchased is on there listed as "McAfee Multi Device Security via T-Mobile," with no Expiry date? The subscription also says I have a -1 of 1 License available. When ever I log back into the McAfee T-Mobile app it then says 0 of 1 Licenses available https://9apps.ooo/ ?

Has anyone else had this problem or knows what's going on? I called a T-Mobile Representative about the McAfee add-on, and they said it was indeed cancelled. But then why is it still showing as an Active add-on on my T-Mobile account even though it's cancelled? And why is my plan still active on my McAfee account even though I cancelled it with TMobile?
