McAfee Anti Virus Plus - Vulnerability Scanner hung ???

Hello,

I am using the Vulnerability Scanner to install Windows Updates.

Today it is trying to install KB4462919. The Vulnerability Scanner is saying it is in the install stage but its been like that for hours. My laptop is not using much CPU and wondering if the process has hung. 

Looking at the Windows10 Windows Update section it says it is pending download ??? So is it installing or downloading ?  

 

Is there a log file that I can look at to determine what is happening and if it has hung ?

Well, after alot of investigation, found how to generate the Windows Update log and saw

PerUpdate" regulated and CANNOT download. Sequence 755 vs AcceptRate 500."

Google-ing this, many other people had this same problem.

followed these steps

and used the built-in Windows Update (rather than Vulnerability Scanner 

and everything seemed to work this time
