So they say best to wait asking customer service to swap you could be a mess they might drop some of the mths left accidentally and you will go back and forth chasing them. That is my fell you can try though I am unsure they can add a livesafe for say 7 mths they might not have that period so default to the nearest period they can do. the tech says wait and buy 1 when you are finished the All access
If the support of All Access continues... I will stay till my Abo ends in 2021...
Ah you have a long subscription. good idea who knows maybe they will move you over before then wonders can happen

What month does your subscription tick over this year's subscription? ie have 3 years left

What month did you activate it. Asking as when close to a set number of years left they might be able to do a swap ie hard to give a 3.4 years swap but 3 year might be able. Just me thinking really the ways of customer service are beyond my knowledge.
It was in spring I think...
You can go to about and navigation and subscription and that will say how long left. when near 3 years left call customer service if you want to try this.
