Re: McAfee Alert asking to install Web Advisor (MAC)

I think we have a choice to select use web advisory or not , and McAfee should provide the possible way to let’s us disable / stop the annoying alert in our personal computer.  So please provide the possible solution instead of ask us to enable the web advisory . Thank you

The thing is, we do not want to enable this. In the first place, why is there no close option for this annoying popup? This should not be happening. We need the option to tell it "NO" even if it is free it's extra load and some company computers are not allowed to install this kind of thing or anything not approved by the security department.

Re: McAfee Alert asking to install Web Advisor (MAC)

Installed the Web Advisor (MAC) and are STILL getting the Alerts! This kills productivity to have to deal with this crappy software. Uninstalled McAfee to stop getting annoying alerts with no way to cancel the alert box. "Kindly install it"? WTF is that as a solution when installing it does not solve the problem. Feel free to cancel my multi-year subscription, I am not installing this horrible software. Cheers forever McAfee, tired of you killing the productivity.

Re: McAfee Alert asking to install Web Advisor (MAC)

This is not the only problem I have with this thing. The thing crashes all the time, the firewall doesn't turns on, and the Secure VPN feature doesn't work at all.
Telling us to install what we don't want as a solution for this problem is really the end of the line.
Does anyone know a good sollution that really work on Mac? I'm also tired of this crap.

The same here. I have installed it (out of fatigue) and it keeps appearing. If it continues I'll ask for a complete refund of Total Protection.
