When I try to do a Full Scan, I get a pop-up with the following error: Unknown error received from scanners
Also, I frequently get an alert that Real-time scan: Not Working.
I have reviewed some forum notes, but they generally state that they will work offline with the user, and there is no resolution posted. Any help would be appreciated.
What is the solution ?. Is the fix only done in private ?.
I hav ethe same problem with everything appearing ok except for the error warning - which is not ok.
