Login to McAfee account failed

Hi, 
Trying to gain access to my McAfee customer account since Sunday to no avail. I am supposed to either request a one-time passcode or reset my password.
Neither the mail for the one-time passcode nor a mail for resetting the password reaches me. Also none of the above mentioned mails ends up in the spam folder. What can I do?

i would suggest to contact live mcafee support.

they can be reached by phone or chat from the following link;

https://service.mcafee.com

this opens the starting page and in the middle on the right side there is something like; contact/talk to expert

click on this and follow the next to receive assistance.

best during working days from 9 till 17..00 hours.

they can check and solve with you together this issue.
