LiveSafe Tracker Remover Not Working

Had to download and install  Version 16 of LifeSafe in January when my subscription renewed.  Previous versions worked fine with no problems. The newly downloaded Tracker Remover feature in Version 16 has never worked properly (installed on two separate devices, PC and laptop and having the same problem) It keeps getting hung up and just spins

Have deleted and reinstalled the app several times with same results

Reported the issue twice, on January 2 and January 26th

Last response received on January 26th

Today is 5/14/23 and Tracker Remover still does not work.  Any updates?  This is ridiculous.

If you have firefox  installed, please, try to deactivate into the Tracker remover settings and let me know if in this way it works fine.

Why if I deactivate firefox into the settings, tracker remover starts working again ?
