It always takes at least 5 sec to scan one file by using uvscan in Redhat Linux, the mcafee version

It always takes at least 5 sec to scan one file by using uvscan in Redhat Linux, the mcafee version is 7.0.1,  any approach to speed up this?

I am using java to start the process to trigger the uvsan command,  the program will be run in redhad app server. I noticed it takes at least 5sec to scan 1 file,  but even scan a folder with 30 files,  it also takes 5-6 sec.  so means to start uvsan process,  it takes long time, anyone can advise how to make the uvsan process stay alive and scan the file if it passed?  or any other way can speed up the scanning?  Thanks in advance!

Hi Krishnan,  I cannot open the support chat. Any other way to contact Mcafee support?
