Is windows defender good enough or should I go back to McAfee

About a month ago I was messing around with my computer settings and told my cousin and his friend that my mom was letting our family use McAfee and told me that it heavily slows down performance and uninstalled it Since then I got a brand new gaming pc. Should I just be fine with windows defender? They told me if I’m just smart with the links I click I should be fine but I don’t want to leave a $1100 computer be able to be compromised

Re: Is windows defender good enough or should I go back to McAfee

Hi @kolson7 ,

We regret for the inconvenience, Mcafee is uses to  protect the computer activities being an antivirus to the computer and also its protecting from online viruses as well. Mcafee Antivirus is a trusted software and can be used to protect the computer. even in the Gaming computer Mcafee protects against the online threats and also has tracker and remover to remive the junk files from the computer and increased the performance.
